BEFORE ME, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared HESSEL BAKER,
who upon being first duly sworn deposes and says:
That he resides at 133 Chestnut Street, Midland Park, N. J. That to-
gether with his wife Mattie Baker were the contract purchasers from
General Development Corporation, a Delaware corporation, with respect
to the following described real property:
Lot 20, Block 451, PORT ST. Lt)CIE SUBDIVISION SECTION 3,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 12, Page 13, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, F2orida.
That the affiant herein was continuously married to Mattie Baker from
a date prior to the purchase agreement with General Development
Corporation, through and including November 5, 1967 on which date
Mattie Baker departed this life; copy of death certificate of said
Mattie Baker being attached hereto and made a part hereof and in-
corporated hereof by reasons.
That as a result of error and oversight General Deqelopment Corporation
deed caused to be prepared, executed and recorded among the Public
Records of St. Lucie Gounty a certain warranty deed dated February 15,
1971 filed of record February 26, 1971 in Official Record Book 190,
Page 1400 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
With the Mattie Baker named as grantee in the aforementioned warranty
deed is the deceased spouse of the affiant herefn and vas, in fact,
deceased prior to the execution and delivery of warranty deed.
, This affidavit is executed for the expreas purpose of General Development
r Corporation to issue a corrected deed in favor of the affi3nt herein ~
who is the sole person entitled to be named as grantee in said deed `
