1t~e mortgagor covenants aad agrees that so long as this mQrtgage
and said note secured hereby are insured or guaranteed under the
provisions of the Servicemen's Readjuetment A~ct, as amended, he
will not execute or file for record any instr~ent which imposes
a restriction upon the sale or occupancy of the mortgaged property
on the basis of race, color or creed. Upon any violation of this
undertaking, the mortgagee may, at its option, declare the unpaid
balance of the debt secured hereby i~ediately due and payable.
The mortgagor further covenants that should the Veterans Administration
fail or refuse to issue its guaranty of the loan secured by the
mortgage under the Provision of the Servicemen's R~eadjustment Act
of 1944, in the s~ of $12,499.00 within sixty days from the date
the loan would normally become eligible for such guaranty, the ~
mortgagee herein may, at its option declare all sums secured by ~
this mortgage immediately due and payable.
