For and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollara
to the undersigned in hand pai.d, the receipt of which -
is hereby acknowledged, we h~reby release the property hereinaf ter
described f rom a certa in 1 ien aris ing out of that certa in contract
dated February 20. 19~9, by and between North Beach Water Company.
a Florida corporation, a~d Navillus Development Corporation, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245~ Page 596~ and
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27. 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497, of the official
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water :

Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
nection with the water installation~in the Subdivision of Coral ;

Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, is described as f ollows:
