WHSR$AS, Performance Hond has been received as required
by ordinances of the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida; and
WH$R$AS, the plat of said subdivision shows streets and
o drainage canals thereon, tYie construction and installation of

: which General Development Corporation has agreed to complete in

plat being offered by General Development Corporation, the
