AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING ZONING ORDINANCFS FOR PORT ST. LUCIS ~
SBCTION 43
BS IT ORDAINED BY THS CITY C4UNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA:
WHEREAS, the City of-Port St. Lucie has been requested
by General Development Corporation, the sole owner of Port St.
Luc3e Section 43 to zone said Iand Residence R-2, Ne3.ghborhood
Commercial, T-1 Townhouse, MF-1 Mult3-Family, in accordance
with Section 1-7 (6) Ordinance No. 70-1, and General Development
Corporation having executed a waiver as to the requ3rements of
the law providing for advertising and notices of said zoning,
~ and all property located within 500 feet of said Port St. Lucie ~

u Section 43 being also the property of General Development ;
