Before me the undersigned authority, appeared Frederick E. Roach who
states that he is the P~esident of General Development Corporation and
that General Development Corporation iias requested the City of Port -
St. Lucie, Florida, to zone PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION FORTY THREE, a
subdivision in St. Lucie County, Florida, as Residence R-2 under

Zoning Ordinance 70-1 of the CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE, Florida and that ;

the said officer certified that General Development Corporation is the
sole owner of all of the said land in the said Section Forty Three, -
noted above, and hereby waives the provisions of Chapter 176, Florida
~
Statutes, 1969 and the provisions of Zoning Ordinance No. 70-i, noted

~ above, requiring a public hea~ing and notice prior to the adoption of
