AFFIDAVIT

CHARLES E. BENCKERT, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
l. That he is the President of the LAK.EWOOD PARK PROPERTY
OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profi~ corporation of the State of
Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAI{~1~IOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEI~IOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said assignment being recorded in Official
Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~

2. That there has been an affidavit filed agafn~t certain
Iot, block and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision for non-
payment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded
in Official Record Book 177, page 2364, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby release, satisfy and Porever discharge the said Affidav.it on
record against the following property, ~ince said arrearage 3n
maintenance fees has been paid:
Lot 9 Bik 2g Unit 4- Lakewood Fark
formerly in the name of Fred k'iggin~ and wife, now held in the name
of Richard and Nancy Thompson. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
