(Wherever used herein the terms ".first party" and
"second party" shall include sinqular and plural,
heirs, leqal representatives, and assigns of in-
dividuals, and the successors and assiqns of cor-
porations, wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has
in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lyinq and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, to wit:
That part of the North 11.36 chains of Government Lot 2,
Section 36, Townshi~ 35 South, Ranqe 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
From the intersection of the East right-of-way line of
Florida East Coast Railway and the South line of the
North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2, run North-
westerly along said East right-of-way line to a point that
is 100 feet du~ North of the South line of the North 11.36
chains of said Government Lot 2; thence continue North-
westerly along said East right-of-way line 60 feet to the
point of beqinninq; thence continue Northweste=ly along
said East right-of-way line 60 feet more or less to a
_ point that is 227.65 feet Northwesterly of the Soutl} line
! of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2 as
measured along said East riqht-of-way line; thence run
' Northeasterly to a point on the East right-of-way line

said point being 100 feet Northwesterly of the North line
of the South 100 feet of the North 11.36 chains of said
Government Lot 2 as measured along South Indian River Drive ;
right-of-way; thence continue Northeasterly to a point on . t

alonq the West shore of the Ind~an River to the Northeast
corner of the parcel herein described. Less right-af-way
for South Indian River Drive.
