HAYDEN and HESTER W, HAY~s wife, s party, to THOMAS F. DULANEY and $LIZABBTH DULANEY, his wife, whose post office address is: 702 North B Street, Lake Worth, Florida 33460, second party: (Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and "second party" shall include sinqular and plural, heirs, leqal representatives, and assigns of in- dividuals, and the successors and assigns of cor- porations, wherever the context so admits or requires.) WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in considera- tion of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said secand party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the followinq described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit: That part of the North 11.36 chains of Goverrunent Lot 2, Section 36, Township 35 South, Ranqe 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: From the intersection of the East right-of-way line of Florida East Coast Railway and the South line of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2; run North- westerly along said East right-of-way line to a point that is 100 feet due North of the South line of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2; thence continue North- westerly along said East right-of-way line 60 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue Northwesterly along said East right-of-way line 60 feet more or less to a point that is 227.65 feet Northwesterly of the South line ; of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2 as ~ measured along said East right-of-way line; thence run Nor~heasterly to a point on the East right-of-way line of South Indian River Drive, said point being 322.5 feet Northwesterly of the South line of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2 as measured along the East right- of-way line of South Indian River Drive; thence continue Northeasterly to a point on the West shore of the Indian ; River, said point being the Northeast corner of the parcel herein described; thence return to the point of beqinninq; , from said point of beginning run Northeasterly to a point on the West right-of-way line of South Indian River Drive, said point being 100 feet Northwesterly of the North line of the South 100 feet of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2 as measu=ed along South Indian River Drive right-of-way; theace continue Northeasterly to a point on the West shore of the Indian River; thence run Northwesterly. along the West shore of the Indian River to the Northeast ~ corne~ of the parcel herein described.
