QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM deed, executed this~~

to THOMAS F. DULANEY and ELIZABETH DULANBY, his wife, whose post
office address is: 702 North H Street, Lake Worth, Florida 33460,

(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and
"second party" shall inclu8e singulai and plural,
heirs, leqal representatives, and assigns of in- !
dividuals, and the successors and assigns of cor-
porations, wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, that the said f irst party, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release t
and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has
in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, to wit:
That part of the North 11.36 chains of Government Lot 2,
Section 36, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: '
From the intersection of the East right-of-way line of
Florida East Coast Railway and the South line of the
North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2, run North-
westerly alonq said East right-of-way line to a point that
is 100 feet due North of the South line of the North 11.36
chains of said Government Lot 2; thence continue North-
westerly alonq said East right-of-way line 60 feet to the
point of beqinning; thence continue Northwesterly alonq
~ said East right-of-way line 60 feet more or less to a
point that is 227.65 feet Northwesterly of the South line ,
of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2 as
; measured along said East right-of-way line; thence run
~ Northeasterly to a point on the East right-of-way line
~ of South Indian River Drive, said point beinq 322.5 feet
~ Northwesterly of the South line of the North 11.36 chains
of said Government Lot 2 as measured along the East right-
~ of-way line of South Indian River Drive; thence continue
Northeasterly to a point on the West shore of the Indian
River, said point being the No=theast corner of the parcel
herein described; thence return to the point of beginning;
from s~id point of beqinning run Northeasterly to a point
on the West riqht-of-way line of South Indian River Drive,
said point being 100 feet Northwesterly of the North line
of the South 100 feet of the North 11.36 chains of said
Government Lot 2 as measured along South Indian River Drive
right-of-way; thence continue Northeasterly to'a point on
the West shore of the Indian River; thence run Northwesterly
along the West shore of the Indian River to the Northeast
corner of the parcel herein described. Less right-of-way
~ for South Indian River Drive.

Together with any interest the grantor may have in Govern-
ment Lot 2, Section 36, Township 35 South, Range 40.East,
St.-Lucie County, Florida, lyinq South of the above-described
parcel.

gular the appurtenances thereto belonqinq or in anywise appertain-
inq, and all the estate, riqht, title, interest, lien, equity and
