THIS QUIT CLAIM deed, executed this ~ y day of ~1 c , ~
1971, by RODNEY V. HAYDTN and MARIE HAYDSN, is wife, first party,
to THOMAS-F. DULANEY and ELIZABETH DULANSY, his wife, whose post
office address is: 702 North B Street, Lake Worth, Florida 33460,
second party:
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party." and
"second party" shall include singular and plural,
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of ia-
dividuals, and the successors and assigns of cor- .
porations, wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has
in and to the following described lot, piece Qr parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, to wit:
That part of the North 11.36 chains of Government Lot 2,
Section 36, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
From the intersection of the East right-of-way line of
. Florida East Coast Railway and the South line of the
North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2, run North-
westerly alonq said East right-of-way line to a point that
is 100 feet due North of the South line of the North 11.36
chains of said Government Lot 2; thence continue North-
westerly along said East riqht-of-way line 60 feet to the
' point of beginning; thence continue Northwesterly along
! said East right-of-way line 60 feet more or less to a
point that is 227.65 feet Northwesterly of the South line
; of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2 as
` measured along said East right-of-way line; thence run
~ Northeasterly to a point on the East riqht-of-way line
; of South Indian River D=ive, said point being 322.5 feet
Northwesterly of the South line of the North 11.36 cha-ins
of said Government Lot 2 as measured alonq the East right-
of-way line of South Indian River Drive; thence continue
~ Northeasterly to a point on the West shore of the Indian
River, said point being the-Northeast corner of the parcel
herein described; thence return to the point of beqinninq;
from said point of beginninq run Northeasterly to a point
on the West right-of-way line of South Indian River Drive, '
~ said point being 100 feet Northwesterly of the North line
of the South 100 feet of the North 11.36 chains of said
Government Lot 2 as measured along South Indian River Drive
right-of-way; thence continue Northeasterly to a point on
the West shore of the Indian -River; thence run Northwesterly
; along the West shore of the Indian River to the Northeast

Together with any interest the qrantor may have in Govern-
ment Lot 2, Section 36, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, ~
