QUIT-CLAIM DBED
THIS QUIT CLAIM deed, executed this ~5~~day of

(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and
"second party" shall include singular and plural,
heirs, leqal representatives, and assigns of in-
dividuals, and the successors and assigns of cor-
porations, wherever the context so admits or ~requires.)
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, does hereby remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the riqht,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has
in and to the followinq described lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lying and beinq in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
to wit: ~
That part of the North 11.36 chains of Government Lot 2, Section
36, Township 35 South, Ranqe 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows: From the intersection
of the East right-of-way line of Florida East Coast Railway
and the South line of the North 11.36 chains of said Government
Lot 2, run Northwesterly along said East right-of-way line
to a point that is 100 feet due North of the South line
of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2; thence
continue Northwesterly along said East riqht-of-way line
60 feet to the point of~beginninq; thence continue Northwester-
ly along said East right-of-way line 60 feet more or less ~
to a point that is 227.65 feet Northwesterly of the South
line of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2
; as measured alonq said East right-of-way line; thence run
Northeasterly to a point on the East right-of-way line of
South Indian River Drive, said point being 322.5 feet Northwes-
~ terly of the South line of the North 11.36 chains of said ~

~ line of South Indian River Drive; thence continue Northeasterly
