party, to THOMAS F. DULANEY and ELIZASETH DULANEY, his wife,
whose post office address is: 702 North B Street, Lake Worth,
Florida 33460, second party:
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and
"second party" shall include singular and plural, ~
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of in-
dividuals, and the successors and assigns of cor- -
porations, wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in considera-
tion of the swn of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release
and-quit-claim unto the~ said second party forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has
in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lyinq and beinq in the County of St. Lucie, State of

County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
From the intersection of the East right-of-way line of
Florida East Coast Railway and the South line of the
North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2, run North-
westerly alonq said East right-of-way line to a point that ~
is 100 feet due North of the South line of the North 11.36
chains of said Government Lot 2; thence continue North- ~
westerly alonq said East right-of-way line 60 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue Northwesterly along
~ said East riqht-of-way line 60 feet more or less to a
j point that is 227.65 feet Northwesterly of the South line
j of the North 11.36 chains of said Government Lot 2 as .

of the South 100 feet of the North 11.36 chains of said
Government Lot 2 as measured along South Indian River Drive
right-of-way; thence continue Northeasterly to a point on
the West shore of the Indian River; thence run Northwesterly ~
along the West shore of the Indian River to the Northeast
~ corner of the parcel herein described. Less right-of-way
