GUAR.DIAN'S DEED
This Indenture, executed the ~~day of August, 1971, between

Naomi Johnston, as Guardian of Becky Ann Shelton, a minor, party of the
first part and James W. Grossnickle, party of the second part,
Witnesseth: Said party of the first paxt on the 20 th day of
August, 1971, by Petition, applied to the County Judge in and for St. Lucie,
County, F'lorida, for authority to sell certain real estate in said county

~ o hereinafter described, averring it is necessary and expedient to sell the sa.me

° o" and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and the prayer in sa.id Petition

~ having appeared and found by the said Judge to be rea.sonable and said Petition
~ true and the sale to the best interest of the said Becky Ann Shelton, said -

~ z~ o Court rendered the Order dated the 20th day of August, 1971, directinq

l~ said party of the first part to sell the said real estate at private sale; and

thereupon the said party of the first part having contraeted to sell the 1/6
interest in a.foresaid real estate to the said party of the second part for the
; sum of $1, 700. 00 to be paid in cash.
