This is a Purchase Money Second Mortgage and is inferior to the
(~first mortgage held by Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association
~of St. Lucie County, in the original amount of $14,000.00, and re-
licorded in O. R. Book 194, page 2580, of the Public Records of St.
I,Lucie County; Florida, which mortgage the mortgagors herein assume
IMand agree to pay. -

In the event that the mortgagor defaults in any payment or condi-
ition stipulated in any prior mortgage for a•period of sixty days, or
kin the event of any default in a prior mortgage so as to cause such
iprior mortgage to be accelerated and become due and payable during th
' icontinuance of this mortgage, then the entire sums secured by this ~
~'f ~ imortgage shall become due and payable at the option of the mortgaqee. ?
