RZDER TO FLORIDA MORTGAGE FORM EVIDENCING FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT
PYERCE, AS MORTGAGOR AND WALTER E. HELI,ER & COMPANY, AS MORTGAGEE,
DATED , 1971.
The covenants of Mortgagor are amended as follows;
Paragraph Numbered 3. is deleted in its entirety herefrom;
Paragraph Numbered 5. is deleted in its entirety herefrom;
paragraph Numbered 12. is deleted in its entirety herefrom and
the following is inserted, in lieu thereof:
"~2. If default be made in payment of any installment of principal
or interest of said note or any part thereof when due, or in payment,
when due, of any other sum secured hereby, or in performance of any of
Mortgagor's obligations, covenants or agreements he reunder and said
default continues for ten (10) days after notice thereof by Mortgagee
to biortgagor, all of the indebtedness secured hereby shall become and be
inuc?ediately due and payable at the option of Mortgagee, without further
notice or demand which are hereby expressly waived, in which event
Mortgagee may avail itself of all rights and remedies, at law or in equity,
and this mortgage may be foreclosed with all rights and remedies afforded
by the laws of Florida and Mortgagor shall pay all costs, charges and ex-
penses thereof, including a reasonable attorney~ fee."
Paragraph Numbered 13. is amended hereby by deleting the period
appearing at the end of same and by adding thereto the following:
..."and is not cured within said ten (10) day period."
