THIS OPTION AGREEMENT entered into, in duplicate, this

and MODCO, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter called ~
"SECa[~TD PARTY" ; ~

WHEREAS, Second Party has purchased from First Parties a ~
100 acre tract of land in St. Lucie County, Florida, and, ~

WHEREAS, First Parties own additional land lyi.ng immedi- ~

ately South of the aforedescribed land heretofore purchased by ~

Second Party and, ~
WHEREAS, Second Party~desire3-~o have an option to pur- .
chase that part of the lands of First Parties lying South of the
aforementioned parcel lying North of a line which is 500 feet,
measured North and South, northerly of the North right-of-way ~

line of Midway Road, the Eastern boundary of which w~ould be the
~ Westerly boundary of Glades Cutoff Road and the Western boundary
of which w~ould be an extension South of the West boundary of the
parcel previously purchased by Second Party,

NO~W, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: i

~ an option to purchase the aforementioned property for the sum of

' $2,200.00 per acre, as shown on a survey prepared by registered
land surveyor in St. Lucie County, Florida, which survey is to be

secured at the expense of Second Party. The term of this option ~
~ shall be for two years beginning with the date of this option

agreement and the consideration therefor shall be as follows:
