notify attorney for First Parties, L. A. O'Laughlin, Jr., of ;
said defects, and First Parties aqree to use due diligence in
curing said defects within a reasonable time. Should said de-
fects not be rectified, Second Party shall have the option of
taking title in its then existing condition. _
This agreement shall bind and benefit the parties hereto,
their respective heirs, executors, successors and assigns.
