THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, executed this 16 day of March, 1971,
. by ST. LUCIE COUNTY~ FLORIDA, Grantor, to WILLIAM E. GLOVER, as
Trustee, whose Past Office Address is First Bank and Trust Building,
150 East Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, Florida, Grantee;
WHEREAS, W. R. LOTT and DICIE LOTT, his wife, by Right of Way
Deed dated April 18, 1936 and recorded in Deed Book 91 at page
366, conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida, for right of way pur-
poses without valuable consideration, the hereinafter described
lands in said county; and '
WHEREAS, said county has not used said lands for the construc-
tion or maintenance of a road thereon for a p~riod in excess of
sixty (60) consecutive months, and t~e adjoining land is owned by •
WILLIAM E. GLOVER, as Trustee, who has made written demand that
said right of way be returned to him by Quitclaim Deed under the
provisions of Section 255.22, Florida Statutes;
WITNESSETH, That the said Grantor, pursuant to the provisions
~ of said Section 255.22, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim

~ unto said Grantee forever, all of the right, title-, interest, claim

~ and demand which the said Grantor has in and to the following

described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida:
That part of the following described right of
way that lies within the South 338 feet of
Fractional Section 20, Township 35 South, Range
41 East, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the Section line
dividing Sections 19 and 20, Township 35
~ South, Range 41 East, said point being
approximately 110 feet west of the top of

~ ocean beach bank and 800 feet, more or less,

~ north of the southwest corner of fractional
~ Section 20, Township 35 South, Range 41 East;
~ run thence in a southeasterly direction for
a distance of approximately 845 feet to a
