Pole No. l~P~,~ F~o~~o~ Range `n~82East 19 T i ~ - ~ENTARY ~ Florida Power & Light Company SUR TAX ; Miami, Florida ;.SS ~ G entlemen: In co~sideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other gooci and valuable oonsideration which ~/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your wa:essors an easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change the size of or ~emave wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any othe~ Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and unde~growth or other obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro- perty described ~ follows: The north 5 feet of Section 15 lying north of the Glades Cut-Off Road running a distance of 4,6'l6+ feet due west to the west property line in Section 15. Also the south 5 feet of the west 3/4 of Section 10. ~ , E Also the west 5 feet of Sectron 15 lying east of county road ` right-of-way (presently known as Carlton Road), running 2,700 ~ feet south from the northwest corner of Section 15. ~ Also a strip 5 feet wide northwest and parallel to Glades Cut- Off Road (SR 709) r/w running southwest from the line of Sections 10/15, a distance of 400 feet.
