McDONAID, JR., Alforu~ • Cifi:~n~ F~d~..l a„~Idt~a Fi• Vi~rc~, Florid~ ;7450 ~ aa.sQ~s ANTB-NUPTIAL AGRESMENT THIS AGREEMENT made this 31st day of May, 1971, between GERTRUDE SCHULTZ, of Fort Pierce, Florida, first party, and HOWARD ' GREENWELL, of Riviera Beach, Florida, second party, _ WITNESSETH: That whereas a marriaqe is about to be solemriized between the said parties; and whereas first party is the owner and possessed of certain real estate, notes, mortgaqes, stocks, secuac~ixies, and other personal property; and whereas second party is the owner and possessed of certain other real estate and other personal property; and whereas it is mutually desired and agreed by the parties that ' the estate of each of the parties shall remain separate, and be sub- ject to the sole control and use of its owner as well after as previous to the solemnization of said marriage. IT IS HEREBY MUTt3ALLY COVENANTED AND AGREED: First. That the estate of the first party shall remain and be her separate ~roperty, subject entirely to her individual control and use, the same as if she were unmarried; and that second party shall not acquire by force of the contemplated marriage, for himself, ; his heirs, assigns, or creditors, any interest in her property or I ~ estate, or right to the control thereof, or any interest, or any ~ interest in the income, increase, rents, profits, or dividends aris- E . ~ ~ ing therefrom; and it is further agreed that any property that the ~ first party may hereafter acquire or become entitled to shall be j s owned and held by her as though she had acquired it before the solemnization of said marriage; and second party hereby agrees in consideration of the contemplated marriage and of the covenants of first F,arty herein set forth, that he will waive, release, and re- linquish unto first party all right to the use and control of her ~ k separate property, and estate, and the income therefrom; and further ~ ~ ~ agrees that first party shall have the right at all times to dispose ~ of any part or all of her separate property and estate by deed, ~ ~ ~ will, or otherwise, on her sole signature, hereby ratifying and con- ~ ~ senting on his part to any and all such disposition of her said property or estate. ~~t ~ 887r
