jUDGMENT OF FOSSESSION
~onsicierinq the Petition of the widower and sole and universal
legatee, Marion j. Kennedy, to be placed in possession of the decedent's
entire estate, the statutory will of decedent probated herein, the affidavits
annexed, the renunciation of Lhe succession by the children of the decedent
and the approval of the inheritance tax collector, it appearing that no furthe '
inheritance taxes are due the State of Louisiana and the law and evidence be
ing in favor of the petitioner for the reasons this day orally assigned. -

IT IS ORDERED~ ADJUDGED and DECREED that Marfon j. Kennedy, -
widower of Alice Walk~:r kEnnedy and legatee be and he is hereby recoynized
as surviving spouse and leyatee of his late wife, Alice Walker Kennedy,_.,
and as such entitled to the ownershtp and~po~session of the entire estate of ~
d~cedent, including any separate property, and the entire community
~
~ estate, being more particularly the following described property:

~ That portion of ground, to-gether with all the buildings and improve-
~ ments thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes,
appartenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise s
a~pertaining, situated in the Third District of the City of New i
~ Orleans, in the Subdivision known as Gentilly Parkway, in Square 1
~ "0", bounded by Clermont Drive, Montpelier Street, Fairmont
Drive and Acacia Street, designated as Lots Nos 13 and 14 on a ~
~ blue print of survey made by R. P. Rordam, C. E., dated January ~
~ 24, 1940, annexed to an act passed before Azzo j. Plough, N.P., _
~ dated pebruary 10, 1990, according to which said lots commence
at a distance of 290 feet from the corner of Clermont Drive and
~ Montpelier Street and measure thence each 20 feet front on
~
~i Clermont Drive, by a depth of 120 feet between equaland parallel
~ lines. Said lots adjoin and Lot 13 lies nearer Montpelier Street.
