and agreed that this instrument subordinates said encumbrance insofar
as same arfects the rights and privileges of St. Lucie County in its
use of the land specifically above described, for road and/or drain-
a5e purvoses only, and that nothing herein contained shall in any
way afrec t, alter, impair, minimize or dimish the effe~t of said en-
cum'arance or the remedies at law or in equity for recovering tr.ere-
out, or against the parties charged thereby, the full amount of all
sums secured by and/or due under the~s~a. It is ~urther understood
and agreed that in the event said above described premises are offi-
cially abandoned by the County and cease to be used for road and/or
drainage construction and maintenance purposes that in such event
the subordination of said encumbrance shall terminate in and to such
portion abandoned and no longer used as aforesaid, and the encumbrance .
beco:ne of the same status with reference to such abandoned po-rtion as
if the subordination had never been made.
