On this day personally appeared before me, CARMEN M. GOODSON,
who, being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says that she is
the CARMEN M. GOODSON who witnessed the signature of NOEL A. REYNOLDS
on a warranty deed dated May 10, 1966, and recorded in O.R. Book
I94 at paqe 1963, wherein NOEL A. REYNOLDS conveyed the property
set forth in that warranty deed, a copy of which is attached hereto,
to SARAH HULL, whose name was inadvertently spelled SARAH HALL on
the said warranty deed, and that SARAH HULL and SARAH HALL are one
and the same gerson.
