_ RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
WHEREAS, KDI Electro-Tec Corp., a Delaware corporation,
located at 1600 North Main Street, Blacksburg, Virginia,
granted and conveyed unto The First National Bank of Cincinnati,
Ohio, as Agent, a national banking association organized under
the laws of the United States of America, located at Fourth
and Walnut Streets, Cincinnati, Ohio, a Mortgage Deed dated
October 27, 1970, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for the County of St. Lucie, Florida, at
Book 189, page 1441 to secure payment of an obligation in the ~
amount of $150,000.00 as more particularly set forth in a
~
Bank Loan Agreement dated October l, 1970;

AND WHEREAS, KDI Electro-Tec Corp. is desirous of having

the premises released from the lien and operation of the said
' Mortgage Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, The First National Bank of Cincinnati,

N as Agent, for good and lawful consideration, receipt of which is

hereby acknowledged, does hereby release, remise, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge the said Mortgage Deed on the following

the Plat prepared by Blue Goose Growers, Inc.
by Beindorf & Damerow, Consulting Engineers,."Vero
Beach, Florida, dated March 10, 1966, containing
by approximation 38.84 acres.
