in the operation of such premises, or which
may hereafter be attached to or used in con-
nection with such premises, and all the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To hold the same, with the Appurtenances, unto KDI
Electro-Tec Corp. and Assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from said Mortgage Deed and every part
thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The First National Bank of Cin-
cinnati, as Agent, has caused this Release of Mortgage to be-
