the real property herein described and conveyed; ~
also TOGETHER with all fixtures, chattels, and ~
articles of personal property placed upon or ~ '
attached to or used in connection with or in
the operation of such premises, or which may ;
hereafter be attached to or used in connection ;
with such premises, and all the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT to the lien of a mortgage from KDI
Electro-Tec Corp. to The First National Bank
of Cincinnati, as Aqent for ten banks includ-
ing itself, dated October 27, 1970, and re-
corded in Book 189, Page 1441 of the Volusia
County, Florida mortgaqe records.
To hold the same, with the Appurtenances, unto KDI
Electro-Tec Corp. and Assigns, forever freed, exonerated and
discharged of and from said Mortgage Deed and every part
thereof .
IN L~ITNESS WHEREOF, The First National Bank of Cin-
cinnati, as Agent, has caused this Release of Mortgage to be
executed this 30th day of July , 1971, by John M.
