St, Lucie County, Florida,.Parties of the First Part, in consideration
of the sum of ONE DOLLA~ and other valuable considerations to them in
hand paid by ELMER HOBART SMITH, a single adult, of Fort Pierce,

the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowl-edged have granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said Party of the Second Part,
his heirs and assigns forever, a certain land contract bearing date
the 2nd day of January, 1962, made by NOAH K. WILLIAMS and HATTIE M.
