A11 Lots in BEACH CLUB COLONY, SECTION ONE, according to the Plat thereof, filed May 13~ 1971 and recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 11, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records,shall be ~ ~ ~ used exclusively for residential purposes, with the exception that Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of said subdivision may also be used for business purpos es. 2. No tents, housetrailers or temporary buildings shall be erected or placed upon any lot~ without the prior written consent of the ~ ° Grantor herein. No wire fence shall be erected on any lot or part thereof, and no fences of any kind shall be erected on any lot or portion F 3 thereof which exceed an average of four (4) feet. ~ ~ ~ 3. No livestock or fowl shall be permitted on said property; nor shall any nuisance be permitted or carried out on said property. 4.
