EASEMENT AGREEMENT ~

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day
of , 1971, by and between ELIZA B. SWORD, herein-
af~er~a3~ "Grantor", and H& A RENTALS, INC., a Florida cor-
poration, BARBARA CHASON, KATE TILGHMAN, and GRACIE J. HART,
hereinafter called "Grantees".
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner in fee simple, of the
following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to
wit: .
Lot 26, ALTADENA SUBDIVISION, accordinq
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 4, Page 71, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Grantees are the owners of the following
described property lying adjacent to and on the North side of
Grantor's property, to wit:
Lot 27, ALTADENA SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 4, Page 71, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; and

'i WHEREAS, there now exists upon Grantor's property,
~ certain encroachments appurtenant and attached to Grantees'
property, consisting of a met$1 staircase leading to the
' second floor on the West side of a building located upon
Grantees' property, and a concrete sidewalk located adjacent
to the South side of the building located upon Grantees' prop-
erty, which encroachments are located within the boundary of
and to the North of the concrete walk as depicted upon survey

of A. G. Weatherington, attached hereto as "EXHIBIT A", and
~ which encroachments extend at the furthest point a distance

~ of approximately seven (7)-£eet into and upon Grantor's prop- '

~ erty; ~
