HomeMy WebLinkAbout1239 i: { NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of TEN AND ~ NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, ~ receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants ; unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns, an Easement for the pur- pose of ingress and egress and to maintain the existing improve- ments and encroachments only, upon and over the followi~g ~ described property, to wit: A portion of Lot 26, ALTADENA SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 71, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; described as follows: ~ ~ Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 26, run Easterly along the North line of said Lot 26, 43.3 feet to the Westerly edge of a concrete walk to the point of beginning; thence run Southerly along the Westerly edge of said concrete walk 7.7 ' feet to the Southwest corner of said con- crete walk; thence run Northeasterly along the Southerly edge of said concrete walk 47.4 feet to the Southeast corner of said concrete walk; thence run Northerly along the Easterly edge of said concrete walk 1 foot to the North line of said Lot 26; thence run West along the North ; line of Lot 26, 48.6 feet, more or less, ; to the point of beginning. ` ~ ~ ! which easement property is shown and depicted upon survey attached hereto as "EXHIBIT A". , To have and to hold said easement for ingress and egress ~ i and to maintain existing encroachments only, unto said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, as appurtenant to, and running with the ~ land owned by the Grantees and described as: ' ~ ~ Lot 27, ALTADENA SUBDIVISION, according ~ to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat ~ Book 4, Page 71, of the Public Records ~ of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~ which easement shall inure to the benefit of all subsequent owners ~ of said dominant parcel, and shall be binding upon all subsequent ~ ~ owners of servient parcel owned by the Grantors. ~ -2- ' ~ ~ . _ . _ _ _ . ,
