This easement is granted and qiven upon the express
understanding and condition that the lands upon which said
easement is granted may be used by the Grantor, her heirs,
executors, administrators, mortgaqees, invitees and assigns,
in conjunction with the use by the Grantees, their heirs and
assigns .
It is further understood and agreed that the Grantor,
her heirs or assigns, shall not be bound to keep said easement
property in repair, and that said Grantor, her heirs or assigns,
shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the Grantees,
their heirs and assigns, or any person using said easement
property by invitation, express or implied, or by reason of
any business conducted with Grantees, their heirs or assigns,
or tenants. By acceptance of this easement, the Grantees
above named, their heirs and assigns, hereby agree to indem-
nify and save harmless the Grantor, her heirs and assigns from
any and all liability arising out of such use of the easement
