SECrtoN S. Whenever in this Twenty-fourth Stipplemental Indenture
either of the parties hereto is named or referned to, this shall, subject to the
pravisions of Articles XVI and XYII.of the Mortgage, as heratofore amendod,
b~ deemed to include the successors and assigns of such party, and all' the :
covenants and agreements in this 'I~ventyfourth Swpplemental Indenture con-
tained by or on ba6alf of the Company. or by or on behalf of th~ Trustces.
or either of thcpa. shall, suhjeot as aforesaid, bind and inura to the respective
benefits of the respective successors and assigns of such parties, whether so
expressed or not. , , , .
` SECTION 6. Nothing in this "Irv~atpifourt~t- Supplemental Indenture,
expressed or implied, is intended, or shall be construed, to confer upon, or to
give to, any person, firm or corporation, other than the parties hereto and
ihe holders of the bonds and coupons Outstanding under the Mortgage, any ~
right, remedy or claim under ar by reason of this Twenty-fourth Supplemental
Indenture or any covenant, cond~lic~n; stipulatiog, promise or agreement
hereof, and all the covenants, condirions, stipulations, promises aind agrte-
ments in this Twenty-fourth Stippkmental Indenture contained by or on
behalf of the Company shall be for the sole and exclusive ~benefit of the ~arties
i hereto, and of the holders of the bonds and coupons Outstanding under the
~ Mor~gage. '
~ SECTION 7. This Twenty-fourth Supplemental Indenture shall be ~
Zxecuted in several counterpatts, each of which shall be an original and all of ~

which shaU ~onstitute but one and the same instrument. i
IN wITNES~WHEREOF, Florida Power dc Light Company, garty hereto ~ ~
of the first part, has caused its corporate name to be hereunto ~ffixed, and
this instrument to be signed and sealed by its President or one of its Vice
Presidents, and its corporate seal to be attested by its Secretary or one of its
Assistant Sccretaries for and in its behalf, and Bankers Trust Company, one
of the parties hereto of the second part. has caused its corporate nanae to be
hereunto affixed, and this instrument to be signod and sealed by one of its
Vice Presidents or Assistant Vice Presidents, and its corporate seal to_ be
attested by one of its Assistant Secretaries, and The Florida National Bank
of Jacksonville, one of the parties hereto of the second part, has caused its :
