WHEREAS, JOHN E. WREN AND BARBARA WREN, his wife did on
July 21, 1971, make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage deed to ~

Security Federal Savings and Loan Association of I~dian River County, i

a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United ~

States of America~ which mortgage was recorded in Official Record ~

Book 194, page 473, Pubiic Reco~ds of St.Lucie County, Florida, and ~

which mortgage deed encumbered a certain tract of land in St.Lucie ;

County, Florida described as follows: {

From the Northwest corner of Block 52, MARAVILLA ~
GARDENS, Unit No. 1, as recorded in Plat Book 6, ;
page 55, Public Records of St.lucie County~ Florida; !
run East 219.23 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence !
continue East 172 feet; thence South 135.17 feet; ~
thence West 173.67 feet; thence North 135.17 feet to i
the Point of Beginning; Less and excepting the East j
90 feet thereof. ,

as security for an original principal debt of $7,500.00 evidenced by ;
