Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appunenances now or f~ereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, intluding ail apparatus, equipment, fixfures or articles, whether in single unifs o~ cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, iight, power, refrigerotion, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing r~ow or hereaher therein or thereon, the furniahing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor ~
cover+ngs, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water h~aters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached thereto~ or not); and alsp to~ethsr with
