alty, but the making of such additional payments ahall not eutend the dme

IT IS MUTIJALLY AGREED by and between the parties hereto
that the time of each payment shall be an essential parc af this Contract
and that all covenants and agreemerns herein contained shall extend to and
be obligatory upon the heirs~ executore. adminietrators, legal succeseore
and assigns of ths respective partiea.
