THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That the Grantors. HERMAN F.

known as the HERMAN F. BOYER TRUST "D" dated the 9th day of July, 1969,
and a certain Trust Agreement known as the HERMAN F. BOYER TRUST "E"
dated the 9th day of July, 1969, the following described real estate in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida: !

Lots 12, 13, 19 and that part of Lot 18 more
particularly described as follows--
Beginning at the northern most
