GUARDIAN'S & ADMINISTRATRIX'S DEED

THIS INDENTURE ~ executed the -3 day oi September, 1971, ~
BETWEEN LILLIE BELL LIAVIS, INDNIDUALLY~ and as ADMINISTRATRIX, of the ~

estate of WILHELMINA BARR and as GUARDIAN of LINL~A BARR, ioined by her husband,
JOHN ALLEN DAVIS, parties of the first part, and LINLIA BARR, a single womar~ party

of the second part, WITNESSETH: Said parties of the first part LILLIE BELL DAVIS ~
on the 24th day of August, A. D. L971, by petition applied to the County judqe in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to dispense all of the remaining ~
assets in said County hereina8er described it that LINDA BARR had reached her
maturity and also each and eve;y ~urisdictional fact; and the prayer is safd
petition having appeared to and found by said Judge to be reasonable and ~ust

and said petition true said guardianship having been terminated said Court rendered
the order dated the 24th day of August, A. D. 1971, siirecting said party of the first ~

part LILLIE BELL DAVIS to disperse a[t of the remaining assets to LINDA BARR, a ;
singte woman, LILLIE BELL LIAVIS, as Administratrix of the Estate of WILHELMINA ;

BARR f deceased by Order of the County judge in and for St. Lucie County was
further ordered to distribute the remaining assets of said estate to LILLIE BELL

f I~VIS as Guardian of LINDA BARR, a minor. Pursuant to the Order of the County

Judge in and for St. Lucie County, Florida to disperse a[[ assets remaining in

said Guardianship to LINL~A BARR, a single woman, who had reached her ma~ority,

LILLIE BELL LIAVIS herewith in compliance with said orders of the County Judge in ~
and for St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten

~ Dollars, in hand paid, said parties of the first part grant, bargain, sells, alien,
remise, convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second part, and to her
~ heirs and assigns forever, said certain land in said County of St. Lucie, State ~
~
~ of Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 3 of Btock 2, of HELEN HAMMOND SUBDNISION, as per Plat thereof
~ on file in Ptat Book 7, at Page 23, of The Public Records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, EXCEPTING rights of way for pubtic roads.
