WHEREAS, GERALD A. JOHNSON ANO EISIE S. JOHNSON, his wife, ;

did on July 30, 1971, make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage deed ~ .

to Security Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River County. ~ ~

a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States ; !
of America, which mortgage was recorded in Official Record Book 194, `

page 1263, Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida; and which mortgage
deed encumbered a certain tract of land in St.lucie County, Florida
described as follows: ;
The East Ninety (90) feet of the following described
parcel of land; From the Northwest corne~ of Block 52, ;
MARAVILLA GARDENS, Unit No. 1 as recorded in Plat Book 6,
page 55, Public Reco~ds of St.Lucie County, Florida ; '
run East 219.23 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continue East 172 feet; thence South 135.17 feet; thence !
West 173.67 feet; thence North 135.17 feet to the point
of beginning. ~
