by an.y ormer other than the Developer ahall be aub~ect to the follar- '
ing provisiona as long aa the Condominium exiata ar~d the apartment
building in use2'ul condition eaiata upon the land:
13.1 Tranafers aub~eat to approval. ~
(a) Sale. No apartaaent o~ner may dispose of an apart• #
ment or ar~y-'~tereat in an apartment by sale Mithout approv- ~
al of the Aasociation.
(b) Lease. No apartment oMner may leaee an ap~rtment ;
~?ithout approval of tha Asaociation, eacept Mith the eacpreas
Nritten conaent of the Board of Directors of the Asaociation
or of the Developer, ard auch .conaent ~+hen once give~ and
relied upon in connection with the purchaae and acquiaition
of a Condominium Apartment Unit ma~y not thereafter be revo~aad
or termir~ated Mithout the conaent of the apartment oMnera.
(c) Gift. If any apartment o~ner ahall acquire title
by gift, t~e continuance of hia ormerahip of his apart~ent
shall be sub~ect to the approval of the Association.
(d ) Deviae or inheritanee. Zf ar~y apartment orrner
shall acqu re a e y ev ae or inheritance, the con-
tinuance of hia ormership oP hia apartment shall be aub~ect
to the approval of the Aasociation.
(e) Other Traristera. If ar~y apartment oxner shall
acquire his e q ar~y manner not conaidered in the fore-
going sub-sectiona, the continuance oP his ownership of his
apartment shall be sub~ect to the approval of the Associa-
tion.
13•2 A roval b~ ~Aasociation. The approval oP the Aasocia- ~
tion that ia requ red-3`or '~F'ie'~'ransfer of ownership of apartments
shall be obtained in the follo~aing manner:
(a) Notice to Association.
(1) Sale. An apartment o~mer inter~ding to maloe
a bor~a fide sale oP his apartment or any intereat in
it shall give to the Aasociation notice of such inten- !
tion, together Nith the name and addresa oP the inten-
ded purchaser ar~d such other inPormation concerrd.r~g
the intended purchaser aa the Asaociation may reason-
ab ly require. Such notice at the apartment oMner~s
option may include a demarid by the apartment oxner that
the Assoctation furniah a purchaser of the apartment ~
if the propoaed purchsaer ia not approved; and if such ~
demar~d is made, the rwtice shall be a~companied by an
executed copq of the propoaed contract to aell.
(2 ) Lease. An apnrtment ormer intending to mnloe
a bona Pi~Tase of hia apartment or any interest 3n
it ahall give to the Aaaociation notice of such in-
tention, together aith the r?ame ar~ addresa of the in-
ter~ded lessee, $uch other infora~ation concernir~g the i
inter~ded lesaee as the Asaociation may reasonably re- ~
quire and an executed copy of the proposed leaae.
(3) (3ift dsvise or inheritance; other tranaPera. ~
An apartmen orrr~er M o ae o a ne a e g ,
devise or inheritanee, or by any other marmer not pre-
viouslq conaidered, ahall give to the Aasociation notice
oP the acquiring of his title, together with auch inPor-
mation concerning the apartn~ent oi+ner aa the Asaociation
~ may reasonably require, and a certified copy of the in-
