Any sale, mortgage or lease not authoriza purauan o e erms of thie Declaration shall be void unlesa subsequently approved by the Association. 13.7 Racordi approval. Whenever in thia aection an appro- val in reco a e orla a required of the Asaociation in connection Nith the sale, tranafer or pledging of an apartment, it ia ur~der- stood and agreed that the said approval ahall not be recorded ex- cept at the same time and sina~ltaneously Mith the recording of the Deed or mortgage, as appropriate. 13.8 Notice o!' lien or suit. ~ (a) An apartment o~ner ahall give notice, in ~+riting, to the Asaociation of every lien upon his apartment other than for authorized mortgagea, ta~ces and apecial asseaaments ' xithin five (5) days after the.attaching oP the lien. (b) Notice of suit. An apartment owner shall give no- tice, in rrr ng, o e Aasociation of every suit or other proceeding ~+hich may affect the title to his apartment, such no- ~ tice to be given xithin Pive (5) daya after the apartment- f oNner shall receive knor~ledge or notice thereof. (c) Failure to compl~. Failure to camply with this sub-section concer ng ena r~ill not affect the validity oP any ~udicial sale. ; ~ 13.9 Whenever in thia section an approval is required of the ; Association in connection r+ith the sale, transferring, leaaing or ~ pledging of ar~y apartment, and such approval ahall not have been ~ obtained pursuant to the proviaions hereoP, failure upon the part ~ ~ of the Association to obJect in r?riting to such sale, tranafer, ~ ~ pledging or leasing aithin ninety (90) days after the date thereoP, ~ or within thirty (30) days oF the date upon ~?hich the purchaser, transferee or lessee ahall take possession oP the p~emisea, which- ~ ' ever date shall be later, shall constitute Maiver by the Aasoci- ation of the ~ritten consent other~rise required by thia section. 14.
