$161,300 and $161~300 respectiveiy , and Khich mortgageaencumbers the
~ real property and improvements identified in the foregoing Declaration
of Condominium and which are being submitted to the Condominium Regime
known as COLONNADES CONDOMII~IUMS N0. 3 does hereby consent to and ~oin
in the submission of said real property and improvements to the Condo-
minium Regime knoNn as COIANNADES CONDOMINIUMS N0. 3, in accordance
with the terms, provisions and conditions of the foregoing Declaration
of Condominium establiahing same, all to the erxi that said mortgage
will henceforth encumber each and every of the Private Dwelling in
said Condominium. -
This Consent and Joinder in the foregoir~g Declaration of Condominium
shall be binding upon the undersigned, and our successors and assigns.
