1. Identity. lhese are the By-Laws o~ COIANNADES CONDOMINIU[~S ;
ASSOCIATION N0. 3, INC. hereinafter called the "Association," a
corporation not for profit ~nder the laws of the State of Florida,
or~anized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 711, Florida Statu~es
1963, hereinafter referred to as the "Condominium Act".
l.l The office of the Association shall be at 1323 Bayshore
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida.
1.2 The fiscal year of tY~e Association shall be the
calendar year. ~
1.3 The seal of the Association shall bear the name \
of the corporation, the word "Florid~", the words "corpora-
tion not for profit", and the year of incor~oration.
2. Nembers' meetin~s.
i 2.1 The annual members' meetin~ shall be held at the
~ office of the association at 1323 Ba.yshore Drive, Fort Pierce,
~ on the second Thursday of' I~avember oi' each S~ear, for the
~ purpose of electing directors and transactin~ any other
business authorized to be transacted by the members; pro--
vided, ha~rever, if that day is a le ;a1 holiday, the me~t-
ing shall be held at the saiu~ hour on the next day that is ~
not a holida~?.
