Secre~aries and Assistant Treasurers as ~he Board or Directors
may from time to time determine upon. Any person may hold two
or more off3ces except that the same person shall not hold the '
office of Presid en~ and Vice-President, prov3ded, however, that
the President shall not also be the Secretary or an Assistant
Secretary. Any officer may be removed peremptorily by a vote of
two-thirds of the directors present at any duly constituted meet-
i n~;. .
5.2 The President shall be the chief exe cutive oPficer
of the Association. He shall have all of the powers and duties
usually vested in the offi~ce of president of an association,
including but not limited to the power to appoint committees
from among th~ members from time to time, as he, in his dis-
cretion, may determine appropriate to assist in th~ conduct of
the affairs oi' the Association.
5.3 The Vice-President in the absence or disability of
the Presiden~ shall exercise the pocvers and perform the duties
of the President. He shaZ2 ~lso assist the President generally
and exercise such other pov~ers and perform such other duties as
shall be prescribed by the Directors..
5.4 The Secretary shall keep the minutes of
all proceedir~s
of the directors and the members. He sha11 atten3 ta the giving
and serving of all no~ice to the members and directors arxi other
noti.ces required by law. He sha11 have cus~ody of the seal oi` ~
the Association and afi'ix it to instruments requiring a seal vrhen ~
duly signed. He shall keep the records of the /lssociation, ex- ~

cept those of the Treasurer, and shall perform all other duties
incident to the office ~f Secretary of an association aml as may
be required by the directors or the President. The Assistant Sec-
retary, if any, sha11 pei~form the duties of the Secretary Wt'1G'11
t}1P. Secretary is absent, an3 shall otherwi~e assi~t the Secr~-
