The premiurr~ on such bonds shall be paid by the Association. 6.7 Audit. An audit of the aecounts oi' the Association may be made from time to time as directed by the Doard of Dire ctors. A copy of any audit report received as a result of an audit shall be furnished each member of the Associatian not later ~han thirty (30) days after its rece3pt by the Board. 7. Parliamentary rules. Roberts' Ru1es of Order (latest edition) shall govern the conduct oi' the Association meetings when Incorporation, or these By-La,ws. 8. Amendments. A resolution i'or the adoption of a proposed amerr~-- ment of these By-Laws may be proposed by either the Board of Directors of the Associat;ian or~by the members of the Association. Members may propose such an amendment by instrument in Ytriting directed to the President or Secretary of the Eoard signed by not less ~han ten (10~) percent of the membership. Amendments may be proposed by the Board of Directors by action of a ma~orityr of the Board at any regularly constituted meeting thereof. Upon an amendment being proposed as herein provided for, the President or, in the event of his refusal or tailure to aci., tha Board of Directors, shall call a mee~g of the membership to be he2d within sir.ty (60) da3?s for the purpose of considering said arr.endr::ent.
