(d} Until the first election of directors, and so lon~

amendment and approval thereof shall require only the
affirmative action of all of the said original directors
and no meeting of the condominium unit owners nor any
approval thereof need be had.
8.1 Proviso. Provided, hotvever, that no arr~ndment shall
discrirr3nate against any condominium unit owner nor against any
condominium unit or class or group of units unless the condominium
