a. The Le~see shall constitute the irrevocable agent
in fa^_~, with full power of aubstitution, of each and every ~
, act and thing required of apartment unlt owners pursuant to
; the provisions of chis Lease, ard to consent to and execute j
i any and all dreurnents, where necessary, to effectuate any ~
~ and all of the provisions of this Lease. In the event any
' of the provisions of this Lease shall be in conflict with , i

~ provisions of this Lease shall control, except with the ex- i

b. The rental herein provided for to be paid, the cc?st }

c. Each condominium apartment unit owner shall have the ~
right to use, occupy and en3oy the Demised Premises thr~ou~h
the lessee, subJect to all cf the pro~~isions of this Lease, ,

tion atxi the By-Laws of the Lessee, And such rul~s and regu- ~
~ lations which the Lessee may from time to time adopt. ~
