29. Notice. Whenc:ver, u:~dsr the terms of this Lease ti~^eement,

clau~a, phra~e or word; or of anv section, sub-section, sentei~ce, clav.se,
phr.~se or word, or of ~ny provision of th~is Lease, shall not aff°ct tl~e
validity oi" the ~°emain~ng portioi~s thereof .

this Lease are or conven ences ar~d reference only and in no way ahall

33• Termination of Condominium. A voluntary or involuntary t~r•- ,
