34. Wa~ver of Rights. The failure of the Lessor to enforce ar~y
covenant., oL`~a'~ion or agreement of the Lessee herein contained shall
not constitute a waiver of the right to do so thereafter, nor Rhall it
constil.ute a waiver of the right tu enforce any other covr~nanY, obli-

35. An~endments.- Once recorded, this Ninety-Nine Year Lease may
not be amen3ed

36. Copies. A copy of t2~1s Ninety-Nine Year Lease shall be ex-
t!ibited or aeI~ered to each person contractin~; to acquire a concio:~ii-
nium unit in the Condominivm from the Developar, for the purpose of
making full disclosure of all of the term~ and provisions iiereof . E~ch
such person expressly agrees and consents that minor ehPr,ges, delQtior~,
additions and amendments may be made to this I~ease prio.r to the record-
ation thereof, and without further advice or n~tice tc ~uch person,
for the purpose oP cor:~ecting typographical errors, complying with the
requiremtnts of an institution~l mcrtgagep, or for c:ther reasot,, pro-
vided such deletion, addition and/or amendrr,~nt sl~all not materially
adversely affect the rights ~f such peraor~ c~f the Lesaep hereunder.
