Fort Pierce, Floridc~, its successors and assigns to use in common with others
for ingress and egress by foot and motor vehicle to and from Virginia Avenue,
and the parcel of land shawn as Pcrcel "D" on the plan ~ reserved in Deed
fiiled for record in Deed Book 174, page 884, a 35-foot strip of land obutting
the westerly boundary of said parcel "D" as reserved in Deed filed for record
in Book 174, page 884, of the pub{ic records for St. Lucie County, Florida.
